Back when I was 12, I wanted to start a band. I would name it Supersmoke. Never happened, but I've used the alias for about 5 years.

Mines easy. It's from the nusery rythme/poem "Who Killed Cock Robin" "Who killed Cock Robin? 'I' said the sparrow, 'With my bow and arrow, I killed Cock Robin' " It's also my character's surname. I haven't settled on a first name for my character but it's currently a misspelling of a variant of my real name (Timothy -> Timon -> Tymon)

I needed a name for another online message board (mebbe... 4 years ago now?) and rattled sounds about in my head until this one stuck. Been using it ever since, for pretty much everything online, and some things off. I was all proud of how original I was, then I ran the name through Yahoo. Turns out I'm also an evil sorceror from some B-Movie I've never seen. Northern because I'm Canadian. l33tness because I am a self proclaimed geek god. I've also had a number of other user names, including... skipper-of-otters (fanfiction.net and a number of Redwall forums... however, other people also have the same user name with different puncutation, so that can get confusing). skipperofotters0 (my Redwall Fanfiction Board ID, since the RFF is where I spend the bulk of my net time this one is probably my best known ID) skipper007 (gamespy account, tech forums, etc... I wanted something that was close to my Redwall ID but not something that would scream "Redwall fanboy". 0utf0xZer0 - my latest ID, I've used this one a ton in recent months... because it combines geeky and furry without being completely in your face about it. The Northern_l33tness name has been used at least one other place too.

My nick was the developers' nickname for the third episode's boss in Rise of the Triad, a large cylinder-shaped robot called "Nasty Metallic Enforcer", or "NME*". He or rather, it appeared in the level "Know Thine NME", and fired a ridiculous number of projectiles at the player--hence, "Spray". If you got it to perform its spin attack (unlikely--you had to get really close, which was a very bad idea), or if it turned away from you, you could just barely see a Texas license plate on its back that read "SPR●AY". * Say it out loud. Ha ha.
