It's a bit of both.. sometimes, the clip is from a famous moment in O&M, or the drawing style can be determined with some fair accuracy. If you cannot guess the strip or ballpark it to a certain story, then ya gotta go to reviewing the whole archive. Downloaded copies are much easier to browse than the online version. If you want to do search, you'll also have to download the HTML (or use the online search functions!)<br><br>Look at Ozy's head.. the fur is not as long as usual, which means either an earlier drawing style or a time where he was recently shaved. The highlight in his pupil suggests the former. This means (more likely than not) it is dated <i>before</i> "The Good ol' Days" when DC made a big drawing style change.

Yeah, I have them downloaded, but especially this one is a pain to find, since it's a very common piece of comic. The search engine is useless with this one. I see what you mean with drawing style etc, so I began re-reading all O&M's from the beginning, what I wanted to do for a while anyway <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
