I had this really weird dream where a kitten fell out of my armpit. ...The kitten was very cute. My armpit was not. of course, I wouldn't know much about my armpit since I was focusing on the kitten. I have no idea how it got there, but it reminds me of that Austin Powers show, where they're in the tent, and she starts pulling things out of the bag, and... ...Hey, did you know that there was this one important religious figure person who let his kitten sleep in the sleeve of his robes?

ooh, kitten! I'd say "i like kits" but i know that it'll come back to haunt me somewhere! and at first, ir ead that as in your dream a KITCHEN fell out of your armpit, and that it was a cute little kitchen! YAY SLEEP DEPRIVATION! My dream was invaded by my alarm thius morning. For about 15 minutes, the alarm was going off and in my dream. All I wanted to do was turn off the sound, but couldn't find the source of it. I wonder if thats what goes through my head when i turn it off in my sleep. hmm...

I'm not worthy. seeing an example of your true power of words makes me yearn for the day I shall defeat you even more! (don't I just sound like the stereotypical anime rival?) That's happened to me too foxchild, about the alarm, once before I think. Just once, nowadays my alarm doesn't wake me at all. ^^

odd, MY mind wakes up ammediately to my alarm and i turn it off before it can make it's second beep. it's an automatic reaction, and it's not that good when i want to wake myself up fully than just turn it off before i'm awake enough.`

Happens to me too, except I'm just dreaming exactly where I am and stuff and I dream that I press the "off" button and find that I was just dreaming and accuarly need to press the button to turn it off.

It starts out, I'm travelling with my family, and we're all werewolves. I forget when we were afflicted with lycanthropy, but we were... we were trying to get somewhere in a hurry for some reason... I remember we drove the van into a lake on purpose, and we had to get out and swim-push it... while we were in this lake, I saw two fishermen, one fat, one thin... and I didn't say anything to them except for an apology when I bumped into a hook. Anyway, we get there, wherever "there" is, and the rest of my family does something while I explore... somebody starts laughing at me because they can see I'm a werewolf... but I'm in human form. Then, a demon starts trying to pick a fight with me... now when I say demon, I'm talking manga style. or something. Anyway, I start to fight him, and he completely kicks my butt without leaving his freaking human form! there I am in hybrid werewolf form, pulling out martial arts moves and stuff, and this guy dodges them all, counters and stuff, and completely schools me without even going into demon mode. ...embarrassing... so anyway, I wake up (in the dream, not in RL) and I'm in this small village... and all of a sudden, everybody starts running into the briar patch. Somebody (turns out to be the town elder) grabs me and chucks me into the briar patch before jumping in himself... I had no idea what was going on, but it looked like they were hiding... so after a painful landing I adjust and begin to hide... and then the demons came... they attacked the briar patch (instead of the buildings I don't know why... maybe some strategy over the top of my head...) and they've got elephants and werebears stomping on it, and the people I'm hiding with fight back with bow and arrow, or fang and claw, if they're that close... anyway, the demons and elephants and evil werebears give up after some time, and everybody retreats to the village in order to treat those who were stepped on. It turns out everybody in the village is afflicted with some type of lycanthropy; and everyone in the town all of a sudden has control over it (no accidental shapechanges). I go to the town elder (who is a were-rabbit) and tell him I'm new and don't understand what's going on. He explains the gist of it, although if you were expecting a lot of answers you'd be dissappointed... demons vs. lycanthropes... (Said werebears were either traitors or POWs. Elephants were of the normal earthican variety) then it turns out that said town elder was also town martial arts master... and then he forces me to train with the jump rope <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' /> . I guess it's sorta like the nunchaku... or maybe he just meant it for excersize purposes... i dunno, I do various stuff with it, not knowing what to do really, while he watched... I dunno, I guess it's a wise-old-man thing. then he gives me a bow and some arrows and the village goes out into the briar patch again... and this time i'm firing arrows (not too well, I dunno how exactly to fire a bow and arrow, it's harder than it looks on TV.) ...and then I woke up, brushed my teeth, and told you all about this crazy dream.

The jump rope thing was probably based on something you saw on tv about how boxers trained, or something. You seemed a little confused as to where your subconscious had pulled that one out of, is all. Other than that, interesting dream. Not as weird as some dreams I've heard about, though. Dreams I've had (although I don't remember in any detail since they were all from 9+ years ago) include being chased around a town by a sentient bolt of lighting which could knock on bus windows, something about rabid poodles taking over the planet and a couple based on season two of the animated series of attack of the killer tomatoes... And then there's this situation I'm in that one (or more, not all are mutually exclusive of each other) of the following has occured: At six I dreamt I was abducted by aliens, at six I dreamt my parents were abducted by aliens, at six I was abducted by aliens, at six my parents were abducted by alines, at ten I dreamt I was abducted by aliens at six, at ten I dreamt my parents were abducted by aliens when I was about six, at ten a memory of me being abducted by aliens at six resurfaced or at ten a memory of my parents being abducted by aliens at six resurfaced. Although a very amature piece of hypnotherapy would appear to suggest that it was the 'being abducted by aliens at six' one. ...So yeah, nothing all that unusual from my subconscious, although I'll be sure to share any dreams I have now adays as best I can <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /> Although I'll say it here - As soon as we gain the technology to 'video tape' dreams, I want to see it used. I'm thinking some tv company will pick up on it and offer to buy the television rights to peoples dreams, kinda like all the home movie shows out there now. But I mainly just want to share in some of the people I know's most surreal moments, and share mine with people I know. Oh,and keep the really cool ones for later viewing.

I had a dream I was Japanese and I was in major-league baseball and I was playing baseball with all my japanese friends in a Japanese stadium. I was the right-wing quarterback and there were M&Ms all over the field. HOW WEIRD IS THAT?!

I have one recurring dream - an old 'Wild West' style train (with cowcatcher and everything) is crossing a bridge over a big canyon. The bridge collapses, the train falls, then goes back up and the bridge repairs itself and the train reverses and then starts again. I had this dream last night...it featured DC and my bathroom (the one with the bath not the toilet) somewhere along the way. And I got a Christmas bonus, with a load of yellow T-cards with stuff that I'd done to help to earn the bonys which was cash in an envelope - a big wad of 20 notes. It was more than my actual wages cos i remember comparing the bundles of cash thickness wise. Then i woke up. Does anyone here have dreams that dont feature themselves?
