He's too mature to be Locke, and the whole "Ozy's parent" thing has been run into the ground and trampled to the point of being mushy.

And Stevie fans rejoice, your favorite Stevie has returned. Wonder if he has a big part in the upcoming events, or he's just another classmate like Emily.

Among other things, I'm fairly certain Locke was effectively written out of the strip for good when he was revealed to be Millie's dad.

Oh, I don't know about that. He still gets mentioned from time to time. But each of the three times that he has appeared, it seemed as tho DCS had no particular plan to reuse the character. Guess we'll have to wait until he gets a good story idea that requires Locke's presence.
