Apparantly the Furrie culture is a bit more lenient on touch & take than our museums...but didn't Millie already point out that you aren't supposed to touch the things in the Museum?

After having stared confusedly at this strip for several minutes, I've decided it's the combination of all his clothing.Maybe it's the beret. (I'm guessing that DCS changed his hat to a beret primarily because it's easier to draw, but it's also distinctive and decidedly a failed attempt at cool.)
Weird that clothing can make someone (or something) look older.
