They are exciting if any of the candidates are those you really want to win-or you really want not to win.

And if you don't particularly like any of them, you tend to notice that they never truly answer the questions they're given, instead finding clever ways to turn their answers into "vote for me I'm the best"

And to think, this was before Sarah Palin.

Although I do disagree with Millie. Being a successful politician requires being cunning enough to play a large group of people. That usually requires the smarts, the main exception apparently being if you are a conservative female.
