In panel 2, Ozy seems to be listening pretty intently to the tree. Wonder what the tree is saying to him?

It was not until now that I understand the punchline. Before I read those words as disconnected adjectives to describe himself but now I get it.

the speech balloon is the tree talking, not Stephen. It's the tree who wrote that letter to Felicia.In panel 2, Ozy seems to be listening pretty intently to the tree. Wonder what the tree is saying to him?
