Accidentally skipped this one over in the posting order, but I really don't think we're missing much. Lyndon's appeared... I think three times? And I already want to strangle him. (Another thing he and the bird from Girl have in common.)

Lyndon should have remained a supporting character throughout OM's decade, as "the annoyingly long-winded conspiracy theorist liberal".

In the second panel it would appear that even Ozy is tired of Lnydon. I say Lyndon should be sent back to his home planet (and be killed along the way)

I think he's supposed to be more of a annoyingly long-winded conspiracy theorist conservative considering the thing he's referencing and hyperbowling is the Clinton scandals. Let's check the commentary.
Lyndon was a satire of the annoyingly long-winded conspiracy theorist conservatives during President Clinton's administration who painted everything Clinton did as a threat to the country. A lot of people have asked why I stopped using Lyndon so much. The answer is: I ran out of Clinton.
I lie, I lie. The real commentary is "I know the news is always the world's most reliable source for massive hyperbole based on nothing, but the late 1990s, when people were using the phrase "constitutional crisis" where it really didn't apply, were a high water mark."
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

I don't know. Look at all the hyperbole about Bush the liberals spewed. And how they demonize Nixon to this day, even though he was hardly worse than a lot of other politicians-including Clinton. (Enemies list, anyone? Clinton had one too.)

Nixon would have been remembered more fondly by history if he wasn't evil.

Well, seriously, its one thing to know your world leaders are sneaky bastards. Its another thing to have undeniable proof thrown right out in the open. Nixon is unlikable because he was caught red handed and Americans like people to be heroes or villains.

Nixon is a bad president because he tried to steal(pay fair and square for) Bender's head. That's just uncalled for.
