In local news, there's a kid in critical condition in the hospital because bullies beat the shit out of him. In fact, its the second time it's happened but the school didn't do anything after the first time despite the kid's father calling them about it more than once.

In my primary school years, we kids often fought with each other, but there was no equivalent of Jeremy.

In my elementary school we had two groups friends who decided they didn't like the other group and would come up with ways to get them. It was like gang warfare, but less violent, although there were fights. There was also a third group who we didn't hang out with but were okay. We never actively went after them.
