I personally think she slipped and fell on her head, and while suffering head Trauma thought up Raine dog and its contradictory points.

I had heard DCS was hallucinating on too much prescription cold meds and thought up Raine Dog

Not a reliable source, buuut has been accurate in the past once or twice!

Maybe she got hit on her head so hard she was hallucinating that she needed cold meds, and that caused her to overdose and thought up Raine Dog

Actually, Raine IS DCS' persona to begin with. I'm not sure why DCS just decided to make a craptacular comic using his/her persona....Blame the "meds"

Or atleast her comic, we take it bleary eyed and teary to behind the barn and shoot it humanely, the poor comic is obviously suffering from "Overly-preachy-inconsistant-growing and shrinking muzzle-itus"

DC Simpson couldn't even depict spaying a female dog properly. The results would have been two rounded slits where the ovaries had been.
