I thought most Trekies hated starwars and vica-versa?
Gereat color job. I like the effect in the third panel.

Who says Stephan is most Trekkies?
Oddly enough, I've felt a surge of interest in light sabers lately. I imagine myself using them not for destruction but for circuslike show. I also imagine variants on them, like a light falchion and various impractical melee weapons. A while back, when I realized that light sabers came in four colors, I imagined the saber equivalent of a four-color retractable pen.
So why does Stephan do weird things with his eyes more than anyone else except maybe Millie?

Funny, I went to
ThinkGeek to try to find
this page, which I remembered seeing before, and it was right on the front page. Weird.
Anyways I want one.

Hmm they're on sale... nah I couldn't justify it to my parents.
And lightsabers come in more than four colors. <geekmode> A lightsaber's blade color is determined by the crystal used in the lightsaber. Sith tend to heat and mold their crystals with sheer mind power, and these artifically made crystals tend to be red in color. Naturally occuring crystals can be any color of the spectrum, be it blue, orange, green, yellow, white, purple, etc. </geekmode>

...which I mentioned when I said "white".
Also, I recall the first time that I saw this strip, I didn't notice the Trek uniform... well, half of one anyway.
Hmm... probably best that you didn't color the shirt
red.

Wasn't the captain's shirt yellow?
