The first time I saw this cartoon, I assumed that she meant she had come up with 27 diseases that rhyme with "Felicia." Now I wonder if she had thought of 27 that rhyme with "Millie" (easier in general to rhyme) and Felicia just couldn't do the same with her <i>own </i>name.

I think it means that Felicia couldn't think of 27 diseases that rhyme with Felicia. I prefered the solo-length skipping ropes.
