I don't even want to think how long that plate was in her room. Can you imagine how LONG it takes for mold to get that tall? *shudder*

Say, wouldn't such a high quantity of mold have to be composed of a multitude of individual organisms? In which case calling it all by one person's name is misleading?

If you had that much mold in one place, it could be considered a single organism, much like a fungus, or moss.
