Well, technically that running up the wall trick can be done using an optical illusion and centriphical(sp?) force, but I don't think anyone could do it nearly like it was done in The Matrix, (At most three steps on the wall, before jumping off into a side-flip.) This is an example of how "string-fu" a special effects method, exaggerates an actual Martial Arts move.<br><br>(Additionally there are methods to shift yourself to make yourself look like you defy gravity when you jump. A very good intimidation tactic, I hear, but again, nothing like the effects seen in movies. Michal Jordan used adaption of those moves in his Slam Dunk methods.)

Yeah... I managed to make walk sideways a few times in high school; four steps off a padded gym wall.. couldn't step high enough for a flip though.
