I noticed that over the winter holiday, the board never got high traffic. Now, eveytime I come on, there are at least 5 people. I know that's not high traffic by most board standards, but we're a small community, so 5 people is high. 10 people is insane.

I'm suddenly reminded of Springfield's library and how having one person (apart from Liza) was described as a 'mad house.'

I suppose so, but at times it can be... lacking... in posts.<br>But with the GMC there's the problem of when you ask a technical question it gets pushed down and you may get one reply before it's settled on page 5.

I'm always a bigger fan of the smaller communities, and always have been really. There's just a greater sense of actually knowing each other somewhat.

I like it as a small community better also, which is also how i like it in real life which is why i hate the city, too crowded for me. I'm such a loner.<br><br>"Hah, only cider, i'm gonna go and put some brandy in it."

*makes mulled cider* <br>i agree- small comunities are nice. dispite only participating for a few months, i think i've come to know y'all <span style='font-size:8pt;line-height:100%'>(to varous degrees, depending on how oft you post, and if i read the same threads as you post in, but still.). </span>altho it seems to me that i'm oft on by myself or 1 or 2 others <!--emo&:(--><img src='

One thing that has me wondering is how come it has never been as crowded as it was on October 18 or whenever it was? And why were there 16 people online at one time?<br><br>Say.. think we could schedule a day where we would all plop online at the same time? It'd be just as much fun as trying to stuff people in a phone booth or a volkswagon or something like that..
