Define Cynical Fan Forums

Can't add posts with the pound (as in British currency) symbol, the bug is on adding to the search database. I'd post the actual error message, except it actually has the pound symbol in it, so the bug occurs on it. The error message was posted to the lj community a few days ago, however, so can be viewed.
