I keep on getting unknown host problems on ChatZilla, it's not working for me.

I, the unofficial spokesman for the chatroom's lack of functionality, have managed to get on many times now. The trick for me was switching to port 7000. (Haven't tried it with mIRC yet though, just the webpage).

I wasn't able to connect a few hours ago but that seems to have cleared up. I don't know if it was related or anything- it's not something that happens often.

Well, apparantly I'm banned from acidchat at the moment. Not sure what happened, I was asleep at the time. So I'm not exactly a good source of info right now.

As far as I could tell from the details of the ban given to me when I tried to connect, the ban occurred on December 30th at 10:00 or so. But, I'm fairly sure that a log from a source that isn't me would probably carry more weight here, since I could be seen to be somewhat biased in the matter (though considering I dislike lieing, either by me or by others, that should help alieviate the bias, but I do have to admit I sometimes allow myself to get into big picture morality when it comes to lieing so, as I say, a log from a non-me source would carry more weight). I've already used the kline info form on the Acidchat site.

Hmm... Peer seems to have shown up in your logs. Also, what error did you get when reconnecting?

I get two different errors depending on which server I try: nl.acidchat.net: Unable to connect to server (Connection refused) main.acidchat.net: Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)
