"Bigot" is not a bad word. Saying that Archie Bunker was a "bigot" is not even comparable to saying that Bush is an "insert word here."

Shifty needs to step up and admin, not to sound rude ,but being lax in that department only leads to problems.

Shifty should promote Tavis to admin.

I wonder if it'll finally get it's own forum too. I've always wanted a place online where I can talk about O&M.

5hfifty is also a reference to the Group X song "Shfifty Five". So he basically stole the name, but got away with it because he used leet. So he is not Shifty, but in fact Shfifty Five.

Well, I used to be a right little regular here, but lately something's changed that's hard to define...I don't know. I just wish I was here more often, is all

Lately, more mods would probably be good. And a promotion of Tavis would be good fullstop. Dunno who I'd recomend, though, I don't really know who's regular regular on the forum and who just posts here about as often as I do.

Plus I wouldn't dream of nominating anyone for the role if I don't know they want it.

I'm not quite sure I'm up to be admin; I suppose I respond to the forum more than the other mods lately, but I still haven't been able to respond regularly to things, or even signed on every day. Even if I did, that doesn't mean I'm best suited for the job.

I think the one best thing for this forum is a mod who can respond to forum stuff in the absence of the others, myself included. I'm supposed to be devoting a lot more of my time to my summer class, and unfortunately, I haven't been working as hard on that as I feel I should. I think having a mod who can help me respond to stuff for the next few weeks would really help.

If you're looking for more long-term stuff, you're going to need a plan. If someone wants to spearhead that idea, feel free to post a topic on it somewhere in Site Stuff.
