Update references to forums in DC to their current names

As for that last suggestion, Tom Flapwell, I'm not doing it; you're all on your own. Reasons?
- By actively telling people not to mention him, we are mentioning him.
- DCS does not own this place. The events around New Year's are a stark reminder of that.
- I personally hold no grudge against him, and have not heard of any from other staff.
- I have not been witness to alleged conduct in the Yahoo! mailing list, and cannot judge based on that.
- The biggest witness I do have is someone who may have deep-seeded grudge he refuses to acknowledge because apathy, not hate, is the opposite of love, and hate would be considered too good for his rivals anyway.
- In the interests of letting him obtain/spread such apathy, it'd be wiser not to react to that name. At all.
- I do not like to be silenced.
- Spite.
- It's a stupid idea anyway.
- I mean, what the heck? Why do I need a reason? Oh yeah, because I like having a policy that is supportable rather than throw stuff up there on the whim of someone else.
