I'd like to remind everybody that there is a DefineCynical Lite skin available, which I made especially to have less overhaul and not require javascript. It's worth a shot if the default one seems to be unstable for you.

I would recommend getting a better train!

This just happened to me today. It might have something to do with the fact that I haven't logged in for a while, so there were quite a few unread messages. And when I restarted FF and logged in successfully, all my unread messages had been marked "read".

Edit: Also, my quote button now takes me to the index page in most threads. This doesn't happen with IE though.

Second Edit: The quote button just started working again.

Third Edit: This might be caused by me not clearing my cookies before logging in.

This is what made the default skin unusable to me.

EDIT: Ack, double post.

Also, random server errors (like downloading a PHP script instead of running it when I click submit) are annoying. Image

So you're saying other skins work? Because I had the same thing happen today.

Edit (yes, another edit): Refreshing any forum page breaks the forum for me, but only with the default DC skin (DC Lite works fine).

I can't log in with Firefox either. It just keeps reffering me to the frontpage.

Answer to how I'm typing this: Windows IE. Not as many of you thought, some sort of phsycic ability.

Delete the cookies for definecynical.net, then try again. It worked for me.
Furries? Are they the nutters that pretend to be animals and draw humans that look like animals? Christ, I sink my head into my paws... -Rooster

What he said.....the reason it works in IE and not firefox is because you must not have already had a cookie in IE. If you need help clearing your cookies just smack me on IRC.
cheers.....
