RIP Stan Winston

A person whom I greatly admired has passed...

Most of you may know Stan Winston, he was the creator of many of the iconic movie monsters of the current generation (among other accomplishments). If you've seen The Terminator, The Predator, The T-Rex in Jurassic Park and the Alien Queen in Aliens...that was Stan's work. Being a model maker myself...and a huge honkin sci fi nerd...well, It feels like family has passed. Hopefully with Stan's son in charge of his industry the same creativity will still be there...but if not...what a loss.

I will not bore you folks with a link to Mr. Winston...If you want to follow up I'm sure a Google search will provide all you need.

I heard about this 2 days ago. I guess he can't do Jurassic Park IV now. :cry:
