Chris Penn, 40, brother of Sean Penn, a fellow actor died Tuesday in Santa Monica. He starred in such movies as Footloose and Reservoir Dogs! <!--emo&

Their oldest brother, Michael Penn, is one of my favorite musicians (and is also married to Aimee Mann, another of my favorite musicians). Michael does not get enough attention.
