Nuke any place which actually has laws such as those which would punish victims simply for being female. For being gay, for worshipping another religion.

Yep, a good way to resolve a situation where victims are being wrongfully oppressed is to kill those who oppress. Along with the victims. And everyone else. Yep.

You don't know much about conservative Muslim law do you? A woman is Saudi Arabia was raped and beaten, the court sentenced her - not her attackers - to a lashing.

They sentenced her for being in public without a male escort though, not for being raped and beaten.

That makes so much more sense.

It isn't a great alternative but it isn't punishing a person for being raped. Its punishing a person for being in a situation that allowed rape to happen. A slight but important distinction.

It's still sucky judging though. They should've at least given her attackers a proper sentence.
