I decided I'd create some cryptograms for anyone interested. A bit of mental exercise. For each cryptogram, I'll give a minor hint and a time limit of 3 days. If, by the end of 3 days it is not solved, I will reveal the solution. I'll start off with an easy one. This is quite simple to read, Once you see false as true, It is written with an error, Left is Down and Old is New. That quote was said by Lester B. Pearson. That method is known as ROT13, because each letter is shifted "up" 13 places. Yep, that's correct. This method is called the "Caesar Box", and it only works if the lenght of the message is a perfect square (1, 4, 9, 16, 25, etc). Also, the method in the first puzzle is also known as a "Caeser Shift". And that quote is by Douglas Adams.
