Because of two reasons

1) I read things too fast so I skip certain letters.
2) I am not good at spelling. (Although that reason I am sure we went over a long time ago.

Why would anyone join if they didn't like the author???
He meant more like you're the first person to join period since Raine Dog started. But yeah, some of us grew tired of Ozy and Millie in the past year or so but stayed here anyway for the community and since, technically, we're still mostly fans of the strip as a whole.
