I hope your laptop doesn't get confenscated and broken into a million pieces by some person in a uniform who, afterwards, will go "whoops! sorry." and just put you on the plane while refusing to pay for it.<br><br>It's not likely that will happen though. Be as safe as is possible without ruining it completely. <br><br>Hey, wouldn't it be more adviseable to go during summer, as so to witness the solctice? Woot! Alaska! I've been to Alaska once, on one of the cruises to Skagway, Ketchikan and Juneau.
