(Hm, that might sound like a female version of "Barcelona" to a Hebrew speaker.)
At about 2:30 p.m. EST tomorrow, I will lose all Net access as I head for the Catalan-speaking region of Spain. Don't expect to hear back from me sooner than the 25th.

¡Diviértase en España, Tom! Quédese afuera del problema y la prueba para no conseguir pickpocketed. Siempre se pudre cuando eso sucede. ¡Coma muchos burritos y los tacos! ¡Devuelva algunos recuerdos frescos!
In english, the translation is: "Have a good time in Spain, Tom! Stay out of trouble and try not to get pickpocketed. It always rots when that happens. Eat many burritos and tacos! Bring back some cool souvenirs!"

I'm guessing the title is a modified version of 'Barcelona, Catalonia'?

I thought it was making fun of the way spaniards say "Barcelona"

That'd be Barthelona.
