Kay. My three cents:
1.) Jent ops whoever was active when it occured to him to cycle the ops. Longevity and competence need not apply.
2.) Said random ops can be boothappy. Not as boothappy as Arlo "Insult Iron Maiden and die" Est, but still pretty bad. On the other side of the die, non-Arlo ops that randomly boot people usually get de-opped by Jent or other ops.

Hey I've never kicked anyone who insulted Iron Maiden unless they literally asked for it, and even so I only kick people if it inspires HUMOUR >:@
