Looks like between Dec. 30, and Jan 1 im going to be in WV, with an unknown connection to the internet, and unknown computer to be with my father. I'll try to get on, but i have no earthly idea of when i might be able to. *crosses fingers* well, wither way, i'll be working on my christmas submission in colaboration with several people now, who shall remain unknown until the submission. mwahahahahaha! (by the evil cackle, i mean wish us all a little luck, this [project has definatly got signs of synergy behind it.)

well, if i'm not on during that time, thats why! I would think i'd be able to connect, but i still don't know EXACTLY where i'm staying.

May I ask what/where "WV" is?

Given your local time is way ahead of mine, NHJ BV, I'm assuming you live in Australia, as do several others on this board. WV stands for West Virginia, a state in the US. WV is what we call a 'hick state,' meaning that it's boring, there's nothing to do, it's in the middle of nowhere, there aren't any decent cities, only small towns, and it's a place that no one really wants to go. If you ever see the movie "Deliverance," that's a rather extreme example of a hick state, but it gives you the general idea.

Well, to be fair to the state I live within hiking distance of, Charleston is a pretty big city and has its share of fun things to do. But it is somewhat of a "hick" state, and you couldn't pay me to go anywhere in it other than Charleston, and even that's a little shady.

Oh, and Deliverance isn't as extreme as you might think, it's quite an accurate representation of the town that my dad's side of the family is from in Mississippi. On a side note, everyone seems to be baffled that a proud southerner like my dad ended up marrying my mom (a yankee from Baltimore) and staying together for 13 years.

Well, i found out that i'm stayong in my dad's house (which should not have been ready yet!) in the north weastern part of the state thats crammed into a small strip of land that should be a part of one of the two neiboring states just to make west virginia have a more locical shape. although, coming from a person who prefers senseless dragonly logic over that of the 'real' world, perhaps i should rethink that over!
I will have a connection to the internet via a satalite service, apparently. You should hear from me, although i may be tied up with other business there, such as the christmas art submission.

*edit* oh, and i'm leaving on tuesday.

I hadn't thought of it being a state due to the rather rare combination of letters, and because it's a state I don't know anything about really.

Aww, I was hoping you'd be closer to my part of Virginia than that, Foxchild. Oh well, have fun and don't get shot by drunk hunters!
