I count four ignoring the bird. Three of which are on screen at any one time. Again, ignoring the bird.

Lets see... there's the skater, snowboarder, and shoveler to start, then there's the girl who makes the snowman. And if you shake it enough, you get a sleepwalker (who I think is the same character as the one telling people to pipe down because she's trying to get some sleep).
