Yeah isn't the anime and manga con supposed to be something like Otokcon or Otokon? I have nothing against anime and manga but the idea of people dressed up as their favorite anime and manga characters scares me <!--emo&:unsure:--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... unsure.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='unsure.gif' /><!--endemo-->. I know the furry con is called Anthrocon(?) and the comic con is called Conneticon (or something like that it could just be a webcomic con...). For some reason I'm less scarred of people dressed up in furry costumes than anime costumes... Maybe its because theres WAY to many people dressed up as schoolgirls in manga and anime cons <!--emo&:lol:--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /laugh.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='laugh.gif' /><!--endemo--> (though why that would scare me I have no clue... <!--emo&:unsure:--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... unsure.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='unsure.gif' /><!--endemo--> ... and I'm not even sure if theres that many of them... Since I've never been to any kind of con I can't really judge anything... Thats enough thought for now). Actaully I enjoy anime like Cowboy Bebop and I've watched Samuri Champloo a few times. Inuyasha seems a bit to overly popular since its not as good CB. But anyway...

Umm, actually, there are dozens of furry cons and a LOT of anime cons. Otakon and Anthrocon are just the largest of each.
