Try redownloading Java and see if that doesn't help. If not...there's a trial of mIRC if you google mIRC (If you're persistant). Just type some gibberish into the fields and press ok, find a line at the bottom you can type stuff into and type in "/s spicylemons.acidchat.net" or "/s sauced.acidchat.net". If you see a LOT of gibberish come up, type in /j #definecynical and BAM

but that's a lot of effort :(
