I remember that for the IRC, but I don't remember the forum ever having only a few people around in the days of old. But that could just be my skewed perception of things because I couldn't keep up with the forum then just like I can't keep up with it now. It has always had more posts than I was willing to read

I will say, it's nice to see some of the philosophical type threads popping back up, such as the reincarnation one. (haven't gotten to post there yet, but I don't think I have much to add).
