Hey, I remember you from... wait, where was it? I know I've seen that avatar before. Freefall? Mynarski Forest? I'm almost positive it was some comic that uses the Nice's forum.

Your memory serves you well! It was the Freefall forum. I lost interest there after my friend Perri-Dorcas was flamed by Astral Runner. I've spent the intervening time on Talk About Comics. Just recently I've been flamed by a hyena (long story).

I'm still trying to encourage Perri back to the forums, but poet wallabys are shy, furtive creatures and I don't get to travel to the mountains as often as I used to.

Also I'd say the UA is lucky to at least have a real animal for a mascot. Cleveland's major league baseball team's mascot is... some kind of giant muppet, it seems.

Ohgod yes. It's because they can't use an actual Indian, I think, due to complaints and such.

And as for an unusual mascot? I got one. I give you... The Phillie Phanatic!

Ha! Slider is the Cleveland Indians' mascot. I'd say he and The Phillie Phanatic are equally ugly.
