Something not too common (and impossible in anytime other than times of social warefare.) <br><br>Basically, she fights the government because the government in Cowboy Bebop is corrupt beyond anything we've seen since Roman eras (It's hinted at indirectly), and she fights them with "minimal force necessary" a very ethical prospect. The entire show is about how when everyone else's ethics go bad, the right thing to do becomes very grey and hard to find, and it tends to end up getting done by people who are less than admirable.<br><br>I'd say Stephan the Ardvark would get a kick out of that Millie Avatar.
