We need more mature-type people around here. Mostly just dumb twentysomthings and teenagers as far as the eye can see... ;)

It's another way of saying it. It's basically saying that a comment pertained specifically to you.
Except he doesn't resemble the comment, he resembles the people described by the comment. D:
