It's 'cause PHPBB doesn't have a Report button like the old Invision board did. People are too lazy to copy the post's URL, create a PM, and forward it to all the mods. I oughtta know; I did a fair bit of the Reporting back in the day.You know, DC didn't use to have such a potty mouth.
