I can tell I'm gona like it here.
The snow leopard flicks his ears at those last words and he smirks to himself, thinking "And thus we have just witnessed an Astral projection." He sets his hot chocolate down and straightens out his purple garments to greet the newcomer.

"Oh, I heard you just arrived... welcome to DC. I can tell you'll fit in quite nicely. Don't be afraid to talk to the staff if they cause ya problems. I don't foresee the need since y'know these people get along really well." He sets down an origami crane, folded in purple foil, which also makes it flameproof. "Take care, and enjoy your stay."

Why is everyone so taken by the Avatar though? It's not that good, is it?
Quit being so modest. You know it's awesome.

A female fox with purple fur comes in. She has a pink fur coat with white trim and a hat of the same color with a blue pompom on it.

"Hi, there. I'm Shayna. Welcome to DC," she said. "Oh, and i'm sorry about those burn marks ended up on your fur, but you should be thankful of the fur you do have."

She laughs, remembering him being threatened about being shaved.

Hello. I'm Bocaj Claw. The others may say I'm insane but I've paid them large quantities of anti-money for them to say that. So don't listen to them.

Also, its a DC tradition that you put all of your money in this here burlap sack :D

Well don't worry, as long as I give the money back it's just recycled for you to scam it off the newbies again. :P

Rooster walks in looking puzzled. The wolfdog stares at everyone present in tern before sitting down in his regular chair and placing his helmet upon his head.

Then he notices a new face and looks. With a friendly wave, Rooster welcomes Astral to Define Cynical.

He then falls asleep at his table.
