Wow, we mods have had particularly bad attendence lately.<br><br>I should probably admit that I haven't been showing up as frequently as I'd like either, but I will say that my attempts will be much stronger when I have a long stretch of time to spare in front of a computer that can't be used up by instant messaging, chat, and voice chat (Wednesday afternoons come to mind).

That sounds fair enough for everyone if we are in need of a new Moderator.<br><br>It should be someone who's on the forum every day at some point in time, someone who looks at all the topics (or at least most of them), and is reasonably responsible, yet still shares just a bit of the general randomness of the forum. Previous moderator experience preferred, but not neccessary.

On the one hand Sabre seems astray so there's really only three mods, (counting 5hfifty) who've been rather sporadic in their attendance lately, but people here don't warrant mod action generally (especially since "flames" have a whole different meaning here).

Indeed. I may not be visible all the time, but trust me, I do come by here every day and look at them in an offline capacity. If 5h wants more mods, he will meet with the current mods and discuss the possibility, no doubt. Until then, I refuse to speculate.

This place definitely does not need more mods. Everything has, and probably will, be under control here without the tedious work of even one mod.
