I'm confused. Does this not work with Internet Explorer? Cause I'm not seeing the icon.

I don't think IE has patched that in yet. The newest netscape (7.2) has it (I think), the newer Mozillas, and Firefox, and it shows up next to the site address.

The icon will only show up in IE if you add the site to your Favorites menu. It will then show the custom icon next to the link in the favorites menu.
