Seriously though, I really doubt Leeds will ever be European capital of culture. Especially considering I live there :wag:

Isn't that Liverpool now?
It will be the Capital of Culture in 2008, I think. And yes, Cracow was
declared as an european city of culture in 2000. And for me, it still is... like any other culture
cities/capitols from past years. You know, once declared as one, they always will be.
Oh I was just wondering because I remember they throwing a massive party about it ages ago and couldn't remember if it was of Europe or the UK :P
