Well, you could say car on the logic that it's the only one that isn't an animal. You can also argue duck since it's the only one that you can't ride as a form of transportation.

Let's look at the words themselves. 1. Duck The only one with one with two meanings (duck the action and duck the bird) The only one with letters that come one after the other in the alphabet (c,d) 2. Goat The only one with two vowels in it's name. 3. Bull The only one with a double letter in it's name. 4. Car The only one with three letters in it's name.
