Kinda reminds me of when Andrew "Kinky Turtle" Mutchler did a series based on "What's the Frequency, Kenneth?" called "Fricasseed Cannon."

What with references to Trigger and Stiletto I'm guessing this was made by a Briton. Is it from B3ta?
