"You could argue that that's just how life works. Childhood too, generally. The truth is there aren't a lot of tidy endings, and there aren't a lot of important transformative events. Things happen and then sort of peter out, and nobody really learns much."<br><br>I personally thought this was quite insightful. Usually when something BIG happens, people take notice but slowly lose interest in watching the aftermath. Things have a tendency to quietly resolve themselves or go on indefinitely with few people taking notice.<br><br>What do you guys think?

Would you mind reposting this in the post in the "Current Strips" forum in this strips post? This is the sort of thing it's for. We post and talk about each strip. I would merge it but this would appear at the top and really screw the post up. Thanks. :)
