Those of you who have a tendency to collect things, I have a question. Is there anything that most people would consider really "odd" or "Strange" about what you collect? These doen't have to even be a part of any sort of collection either. In other words, do you own something that most people would consider odd?

I'll chime in a little later on with some of the odd things that I have.

An odd thing is my collecting of bird (especially of owls) carvings made from wood. <img src='

I love Wolves. My headboard looks like a little shrine to them. I have 5 books (3 that I need to return to the library), a desk calendar, a wooden box with a wolf picture on top, and 2 carvings. I think one is out of an elk antler (at least thats what it looks like) and I'm not sure what the other is from.

I also have 2 shirts, each with wolves on them.

I have slowly been building a small library of technical books with titles like "The Logic of Failure", "Normal Accidents", and "Inviting Disaster". Yep, somehow I've started studying about times when things go horribly, horribly wrong.

Besides that, I also have a collection of various hotel pens. The most exotic, I guess, are those I picked up at the Aurora and Nugget Inns in Nome, AK.

The oddest collection of mine would most likely be my Myst collection. One or two copies of all the games, softcover copies of the books, and a few other random Myst-related things.

Of course, this pales in comparison to this guy's collection. He's what you would call "insanely obsessed."

I collect hotel room keys occasionally. It's mostly unintentional.

There is something I conciously collect, and it's like a compulsion or something. Too bad posting it here could give away my secret ninja identity, or I'd post it and you'd laugh or go blagoonga.

I used to collect little hotwheel cars, but that's nothing unusual.
I am obsessed with rollercoasters and am a member of America's Coaster Enthusiasts (AKA ACE), does that count?

that depends, do you have more than one roller coaster in your posession?

if so, can i have a free ride?
