No. I would have said "yes" a few months ago but, after actually talking to furries, I can say that I find them, for the most part, creepy. The vocabulary alone is enough to make me vomit.

Furries probably find the feeling mutual. You've been known to creep me out sometimes. Edit: Umm... how much of that wackiness comes to you naturally? Is there some sort of special education people get for that? Of course, it takes all kinds here, and you know that that's one of the things I like most about this place.

Well, I dunno... I'm all "Woo go furry! I love fangs! And claws! And wolves! And the full moon! And evil-ish stuff! And all you artists out there!" But I've kinda lost the original feeling I used to have, like I had the mind of an animal. But then, I've been kinda furry all my life. Is it possible to lose your furry-ness?

On a more serious note, I've noticed that stagnation seems to be behind quite a few problems people have. A lack of change leads to lack of motivation, which in turn leads to introspection. Personally I've got a serious case of Wanderlust <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... tongue.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tongue.gif' /> Someone lemme outta this cityyyyyyyyyyyyy... As for the vote *umms and ahhhs for a good hour* Yes. EDIT- Er, vocabulary? Could you elaborate a lil' Saladman? I've found some cases of rather-pointless word changing that can get a little grating, but nothing that makes me go "Ewwwwwww..."

Lol, I'm afraid I have to do that regardless or I'd look uglier than I already do. And there ought to be a site call The Furry Glossary full of all of them furry terms and the meanings behind them. Thanks for that BSP! Looking through it though, I stand by my statement. Apart from a few animal / furry specific terms, most of it is fairly standard internet fare, contractions and actions and such. Only a few I could see any potential problem with. *Baffled*

All the web-comics i read are prominently furry and my comic art tends to be overwhelmingly furry, but i am not involved in furry fandom, role playing, or conventions. I'm in this furry thing strictly from an artistic viewpoint, not lifestyle (if it be lifestyle). There should be more options, one that's halfway between "yes" and "no", and another about rutabegas.

In my mind furry fandom is just another thing that's gotten out of hand. Like Star Wars fans who dress up like Jar Jar to go movie premiers. (Seriously, what's up with that?) Perhaps, like with many thing, their expanding has brought more wreckless competition/personal gain and phonies than cooperation. Also don't Star Wars fans hate Jar-Jar?
