1) True, unfortunately. 4chan is going down the shitter. Goddamn newfags.

2) The meme is called "360 Kid" and it's based on the following image, which is from a REAL XBOX 360 ADVERTISEMENT!!!

Looking it up just based on the phrase "you fags sure got told" probably failed because that actually doesn't have anything to do with the meme, really.

My friend actually made it for me a while back, so I decided to make it my background again when I got back into pokemon.
