Screw foxes, I have a roadrunner preference.

My preference for foxes doesn't come specifically from Ozy and Millie. As some of the longtime regulars may remember, I first joined as a pseudo-Tails clone. I've long since evolved in my own direction, thanks to some gracious artist friends from both here and over at Bigfurs, as well as a change in career, so to speak.

Edit: What, no "rutabegas are cool" option? Shame on you! :P hehe

foxes are small, cute, and have little in the way of mythology and stereotypes attached to them...naturally more people would use them.

of course, what would i know. before i came on here, being a fox required a draughts board.

Squirrels are pretty cool too, and I saw lots of "fox people" here and I decided "Hey it would be anticlimatic/weird to see all these foxes, which could be predators, and suddenly there was a squirrel..."

YAY SQUIRRELS!
I thought for sure I would get chased to death upon arrival. .....maybe theyre all just lulling us into a false sense of security.

Actually, I blame the fact that, with the exception of Sage, none of you squirrels make any indication without being prompted. As such, us canines have to rely on our memory to recall if you're chaseable or not.

if grey and red squirrels wandered about in large groups in public parks, i'd chase them to.
