you mean as opposed to using unix or BSD? or are you unaware of the reasons of using any form of *NIX?

There's added security (everybody knows how to hack into Windows, there has to be a way to hack into the nux os's), more stability, the ability to say I use something other than Windows, and that's all that I know about.
I wonder if it'll finally get it's own forum too. I've always wanted a place online where I can talk about O&M.

no, it's easy to hack a linux computer, because linux is open source whereas MS can sue you for looking at the code. the reason theres less viruses is because it's more funny if more people get them. yes, thats why there are viruses. it's funny.
