Yeah, but it was boring and colourless.

And back then, we had to walk 20 miles to school in a blizzard. Uphill, both ways, with nothing but our fathers' pajamas.

From someone who only missed a few weeks of it, it really does seem longer than that.

Drinking tea from a rolled up newspaper or sucking from a damp cloth.
